The Retail Academy of Singapore Pte Ltd is established to support retailers and shopping centers by providing training programs that will help raise the capabilities of their workforce at all levels. The Academy was officially opened on 26 July 2004. The programs conducted are MBA, Professional Diploma, Retail Leadership Insights Seminar Series and Executive Development Programs. The Academy also offers courses like driving retail profitability, effective retail negotiation, leadership through people skills, strategic planning & management in retailing, retail buying/marketing, and visual merchandising.
